Renatta Moeloek

Chef Renatta began her culinary journey in France, working everywhere from cozy osterias to Michelin-starred restaurants, before spending some time in Singapore, and Australia.

Returning to Indonesia she now runs Ruma Dining, a private dining space, while occasionally serving as a judge on MasterChef Indonesia. Passionate about European and Mediterranean cuisine, Renatta highlights local spices and seasonal produce in her cooking.
