Established in September 2020 by American Chef John Becker, Jono’s stands as Bali’s artisan butcher & charcuterie producer. With over two decades of cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens across San Francisco, New York, and Asia, John brings experience and passion to his craft.
Jono’s is dedicated to showcasing Indonesia’s rich agricultural heritage through partnerships with local, sustainable, and ethical farms, sourcing locally grown herbs and spices and heritage breed animals. Guided by deliciousness, Jono’s products blend punchy, modern and globally-inspired flavors while honoring time-tested traditions and methods.
