Blayne is the Chef and Founder of legendary @omyrestaurant , noted best restaurant in Victoria 2024 by The Age good food guide. He’s flying over to Bali to collaborate with Luma for this special event.

We’ll be serving up a seven-course lunch celebrating local produce, most of which has been specifically grown for this event by @noviobali @islandorganicsbali
