Marco Bianco

Marco, raised in Sheffield with Italian roots on his father’s side, began his culinary journey at the age of 19. At 24, he moved to London, where he refined his craft in some of the city’s most respected kitchens, including 8 Hoxton Square, Marcella, Artusi, and finishing at 10 Greek Street.

Now relocating to Bali, Marco reunites with Cam from 10 Greek Street as he steps into an exciting new role as Head Chef at Luma.
