South African-born Jeremy has been fascinated with food since his teenage years. Growing up on a farm, he developed a passion for cooking over coals and a deep appreciation for fresh, high-quality ingredients, both of which continue to influence his creative style. His love of wood-fired cooking, combined with his upbringing, has shaped his culinary vision at KU DE TA and its new contemporary steakhouse, Saltlick.

Ni Nyoman Yuliana Ermitriani
Head Bartender, Saltlick

Yuliana began her bartending journey at GIN 1717 in Ubud, where she first discovered her passion for crafting cocktails. She later moved to KU DE TA, one of Bali’s most renowned venues, to hone her skills and gain broader experience. Now the head bartender at Saltlick, Yuliana is dedicated to her craft. She takes great pride in her profession and is continually motivated to grow, refine her skills, and become the best bartender she can be.
