Husband & wife team Kieran and Yunika Morland serve modern Indonesian dishes with a twist, often with family recipes from Yunika’s Javanese heritage. Sangsaka, which loosely translates to “the pride of the Indonesian flag”, has an ala carte menu or a daily changing tasting menu showcasing imaginative culinary creations using the best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from across the archipelago. The team at Sangsaka has a passion for exploring the elaborate and extensive regional flavors of Indonesia, combining them with wood-fire cooking techniques.
