At the helm is Head Chef Eka — affectionately known as Kakul — who has been shaping the kitchen from the very beginning nearly 10 years ago. A highly talented Balinese chef, Eka is deeply passionate about celebrating her culture’s cuisine, thoughtfully balancing tradition with the finest ingredients.
