Chef Yohans culinary journey has taken him through some of the region’s most vibrant food cities, including Singapore, Bali, and Jakarta. Having worked in respected kitchens such as Santi, Bam!, Kilo, Merah Putih, and Sangsaka, he has developed a thoughtful and refined approach to cooking, shaped by both discipline and curiosity.
Over the years, Yohans has cultivated a style that balances tradition with modern technique, guided by a deep respect for ingredients and flavor.
More recently, he has found inspiration in the depth and complexity of Thai cuisine, leading him to his latest chapter: YOUNG—a concept where he shares his personal interpretation of Thai flavors with sincerity, humility, and a continued desire to learn.
