These terms apply to bookings made with Luma Bali through this site. All bookings are subject to availability, and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide - please make sure your contact details are correct, as we rely on them to manage your reservation.
Some bookings may require a credit card pre-authorisation or deposit to secure your table. Where a card is pre-authorised, no money is taken at the time of booking - your card is held on file only. If you cancel outside the window stated at the time of booking, or you don't arrive for your reservation, the pre-authorised amount or deposit may be charged.
To change or cancel a booking, please contact the restaurant directly and we'll do our best to help. If you're running late, let us know - tables can usually only be held for a short time before they're released to other guests.
Menus, pricing and availability can change, and some dishes or experiences may not be available on the day. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when you book. We take reasonable care, but as dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen we can't guarantee any item is completely free of a particular allergen.
Alcohol is served in line with responsible service of alcohol laws, so we may ask for valid proof of age (you must be 18 or over to be served alcohol) and may decline service. We may also decline or end a booking where conduct is unsafe or disrupts other guests.
Your booking and your experience on the day are provided by Luma Bali. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, and these terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
